How long does it take to get a logo?
7-10 days

Why so long?
These are artists, so we want them to take their time and do their best work as free from pressure as possible. You should know that the turnaround time is usually less than 7 days though.

What if I don't like the revision?
It can be revised again for $8. However, you should know that each time a revision is done, the result should be closer to what you want because the artist can reference what has already been done. It is unusual to have to do a revision more than 1-2 times.

Can I get my money back if I don't like the logo?
Unfortunately no. That's because the artists require payment for their time and effort. However, the more specific you are in describing what you want, the chances are you will like the result. We will do our best to make sure the description is as specific as possible and we can deliver, or we won't accept the job.

Who are you anyway? Why don't you show your faces?
We are not trying to make a name for ourselves and just want to provide a quality service at a reasonable price. If you must know, our names are Greg and Kevin.

What kinds of graphics do you make?
We specialize in text-based graphics for websites, but our graphics can be used for many other purposes. Generally, we will provide the graphic in a .gif, .jpg, or .png file. We can also, upon request, provide you the native files, usually a .psd or .ai file, which a printer can resize to fit multiple needs, e.g. t-shirts, book covers, posters, etc.. We will ask you in advance what you plan to use the graphic for.
